We stock what we list on our website.  If we are ever out of stock on an item we will notify you by email or phone.

UPS GROUND DELIVERY: 

We process orders within 12-24 hours. (Normal Business Days) 

We ship orders UPS Delivery Ground from Las Vegas, NV. (89102) 

For faster service we offer UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. 

All 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are processed the same day if received before Noon Pacific Standard time. 

UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are only deliverable Monday thru Friday - NO WEEKENDS. 


USPS PRIORITY MAIL:

We also ship USPS Priority Mail Flat rate envelope and Flate rate Boxes.  We will provide a tracking number and shipping information via email.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

All International orders should be placed over the phone for accurate shipping cost.

Shipping charges will vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. 


PALLET SHIPPING:

We use www.Freightquote.com for all our pallet shipping.  In most cases Flat Rate Shipping for pallets is 350.00 for Business 2 Business address with a loading dock.


HOLIDAY SHIPPING: 

Holiday shipping may take longer than normal. UPS delivery usually adds 2-4 days to their normal delivery.  Holiday schedules will be posted when available for the upcoming holiday(s).


SALES TAX:

We charge Nevada, Clark County Sales tax of 8.375 % on Taxable items for local orders picked up from our location.

For your protection, EspressoWorldinc.com, reserves the right to hold credit card orders for verification.  All online orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server. 


RETURNS:  Shipping costs for Returns or Exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please inspect all items for damage upon arrival. If you receive something that arrived damaged, send an email to us and we will work with you and the shipping agent to rectify the situation provided that you notify us within 7 days upon receipt of the damaged product. Please save packaging materials, as shipping agent may want to inspect damages.


Normally there is A restocking fee AND minimal 25% charge will be reflected in credit card refunds towards credit card transaction fees incurred.  Electronic & electrical items are non-returnable.


RETURN PROCEDURES:  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by emailing us at "Sales@EspressoWorldinc.com". Please print this RMA number on the exterior of the package in the upper left corner. Packages without a visible RMA number will not be accepted. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. If your return items were originally eligible for our Free Shipping offer, and the order total, after subtracting the items for return, falls below the free shipping amount, an adjustment fee will be added equal to the shipping expense we incurred in sending the shipment to you originally.
